Dr. Boluwaji Anthonia ABAYOMI-OGUNLADE is the Executive Director, Finance PWAN Group and also The Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the first real estate network marketing Company in the world PWAN HOMES Limited. Dr. Anthonia is dedicated to empowering greatness amongst people and helping them accomplish their home ownership dream through the PWAN business.

She has successfully supported and contributed to the empowerment of people through the PWAN BUSINESS OWNER (PBO) scheme, that is alleviating poverty amongst families and has birthed millionaires and new home owners. She is a graduate of Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, and she has also bagged an Executive MBA from Business School Netherlands. She is currently undergoing an Entrepreneurial Development Course at the Pan African University Lagos Business School.

She is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management (ISMN) and also an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is currently undergoing Entrepreneural development Course EDC at Pan Africa University, Lagos Business School. Anthonia is a strategist with over 14 years of work experience in the Account and Finance section of Information Value Chain Consultancy, Outsourcing, Auction and Real Estate. Her wealth of expertise in developing and executing comprehensive financial plans has contributed to driving business growth and maximizing profitability.

Anthonia has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and managing risks, and she leverages her analytical skills to provide strategic insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making. She has the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, combined with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks that help her create unique strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive long-term success. He joined PWAN HOMES as an Account Officer in 2015, and served in various capacities such as Audit Officer, Internal Control, Operations and rose to the level of Head of Administration and later became General Manager of the first Real Estate Network Marketing company in the world. He bagged Bsc in Accounting and MBA in Business Administration at Lagos State University and he is also a member of Institute of Management Consultant (IMC).

He is currently undergoing Certification Course in Entrepreneurial Management at Pan Atlantic University ( Lagos Business School). Nathaniel is a serial strategist and happily married with children.

He started his early career with Ecobank after he completed his compulsory national service, he was retained due to his contribution during his service year with the bank. He later moved to First bank in 2011 and later sign off from Banking industry with FCMB. He joined PWAN HOMES as a Senior Business Development Executive in 2021. Engineer Innocent is a marketing guru with street and corporate marketing credibility.

He is a goal getter and discipline mind and always strive to ensure that employees follows procedural guideline without compromise to achieve common goal. He bagged B.Eng and MBA in Finance from notable Federal University of Technology Minna. He is a certified member of purchasing and supply management of Nigeria. In addition, he is also a member of COREN Council of Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria. He is good strategist and happily married with Children.

Engineer Ikechebelu Innocent Ifeanyichukwu joined PWAN HOMES, the first Real Estate Network Marketing company in the world in July 2022 as a Business Development Manager Abuja office and later rose to the level of Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer PWAN HOMES North Central. He graduated from prestigious Nnamdi Azikwe University Awka where he bagged a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics in 1997.

He has diverse experiences in various industries such as Integrated Fibres Limited Kano 1999 where he worked as Electronics Engineer. He later joined Netcell communications as Service Engineer between 2000 to 2001. Digital Options Ltd, 2001 to 2003 as Telecommunications Engineer. Phone Mobile Systems, 2003 to 2020 as a Director. Engineer Ikechebelu is a master of his craft with his impressive managerial acumen and ability to multitask to achieve more with little.

He is a team player and has ability to relate well and socialise with people regardless of race, religion or ethnicity or background. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Registered Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria COREN. He is Abuja based and happily married with children.

Barrister Adegbembo Damola David is a seasoned senior legal practitioner with keen interest in Real Estate. He joined PWAN HOMES in 2021 as a junior legal officer and rose through the ranks to become the Executive Director, Legal Services. He bagged Bachelor of Law at the University of Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria. He is a team player and relate well with colleagues and Clients.

He joined the Biggest Real Estate Network Marketing company in the world PWAN HOMES in June 2016 as a Business Development Executive and rose through the rank to become Director in PWAN HOMES. He was awarded Bachelor Degree in Economics from Abia State University Umuahia and he is currently undergoing Bachelor Degree in Law at Imo State University, Owerri.

In his quest for knowledge, he is currently undergoing Entrepreneurial Development Course in Pan African University Lagos Business School. He is a dedicated fellow and a team player. His arrest of interest revolves around sales and marketing as he is a sales guru with impressive leadership skills. He is married and blessed with children.

Jane Enegbetale is Customer Service Executive professional with over 8 years of experience, She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. She started her career in customer service early 2016 with MTN Nigeria(PALMS 2 CONNECT) as Customer Representative Assistant/SIM Registration Agent.

She joined PWAN HOMES LIMITED as a Customer Service Representative in 2018, became the Head, Customer Service in 2022 and she is currently the Executive Director for Customer Service. She is a graduate of Statistics with Computer Science at the University of Benin, Benin City and obtained a Leadership and Organizational Development certificate at Nexford University, Washington DC.

Halliru Ali Sai'd is a graduate of Accounting and a citizen of Kano State. He joined the PWAN HOMES as a Business Development Executive in June 2021. He earned himself rapid promotion due to his dedication, commitment and loyalty to the brand. He is currently the Executive Director PWAN HOMES North West. Halliru is a devoted Muslim, married and blessed with children.
